This is a really nice woodland scene. I like the way the stream draws your eyes into the picture and seems to draw you deeper into the forest because of the way the trees are spread out (seemingly) more sparsely where you are stood.
The colours have come out really nicely as well - you seem to have a good eye for colour, as I've seen from your other photos.
Just be careful not to "burn out" the highlights - the sky, where we can see it, is bright white, and it looks like you've lost detail in the reflections on the wood across the screen and in some parts of the water itself. If you lose this information in-camera (by overexposing) it can never be got back!
Anyway, this is a very nice image overall. It looks like the sort of thing you would see in a calendar!
