Thank you very much for your feedback on my last submission Phantasmagoria. It has been an experiment with unsharp foreground elements blocking the view on the subject matter. And judging from your input, it wasn't really bad, but not really good either.

This photo is more conventional, but still there are unsharp foreground elements. I think this version works better. It isn't as radical as my first try. It is exactly the same flower seen from a slightly different angle.

The title seems to be totally unconnected, but in fact it is. Curved Air is a 70's prog rock band. And one of their albums is Phantasmagoria.
