These are the top 25 entries (out of 78) of the March Mini Contest. The challenge had been to take pictures depicting the concept of parting, saying good-bye, quitting or abandoning something or someone.
This article's purpose, besides being the promised prize for the top 25 entries, is to give exposure to the runners-up. It wouldn't be fair, if only the winning three entries were to receive all the exposure. These photos were chosen by the contestants themselves, and they are in the order of the number of votes each photo received.
Actually this is a feature of 27 photos, because there has been a fourfold tie for 24th place.
